3. NO GUARANTEE OF FUNDING

Submitting an inquiry, application, or documentation to FUNDZLINK does not guarantee that financing will be offered or approved. Approval, terms, rates, and funding decisions are made solely by the lender or funding source. We make no representation or warranty as to whether any particular funding will be available to you or on what terms.

4. NOT LEGAL, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

Information provided on this site or in the course of our communications is general in nature and is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You should consult your own professional advisors before entering into any financing arrangement.

5. THIRD-PARTY LENDERS AND PARTNERS

Any agreement you enter into with a lender or funding source is solely between you and that party. Their terms, disclosures, fees, and conditions govern that relationship. FUNDZLINK is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or services of any third party.

6. COMPENSATION

By submitting information for the purpose of seeking financing, you authorize FUNDZLINK to share that information with lenders and funding sources for the purpose of evaluating and placing your request. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) TERMS

FUNDZLINK Business Consulting LLC sends and receives text messages from (727) 497-1777 for conversational customer care and account-related communication with business owners and referral partners. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

Opt-In. Consent is established when you text us first, or when you provide your phone number and affirmatively agree to receive text messages. We do not send bulk, promotional, or automated messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Opt-Out. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message:

"You have now been opted-out and will receive no further messages from FUNDZLINK Business Consulting LLC from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."

Help. Reply HELP for assistance. You will receive:

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE
